Infrared Sauna

Dear loyal customers of Healing Tree Health and Wellness Center,

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that our Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna is still closed due to state mandated regulations that I have no control over. Currently the use of saunas in the state of Massachusetts our not allowed to open until phase four of reopening Massachusetts. In order to stay within the ethical standards and protocol, with which my business practices are founded upon, I am unable to open the sauna. Again, please understand it is not a choice. Please know that I always have your health and safety at heart.

It has been far too long and I look forward to seeing you once the mandate is lifted. For more information on reopening Massachusetts, please visit https://www.mass.gov/info-details/reopening-when-can-my-business-reopen

Sincerely,

Jaimee Roncone

Thinking of purchasing your own sauna?

The Sunlighten Infrared Sauna is what I would recommend and is what we use here at Healing Tree Health and Wellness!

Infrared saunas can help boost the immune system, sweat out toxins, boost metabolism, lose fat, provide tissue relief, and reduce stress!

Infrared SaunaWe have a state of the art Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna with six programs designed to meet your health needs. It includes chromatography lights for light therapy as well as a SO Sound system for vibrational sound therapy.

WHAT IS AN INFRARED SAUNA?

Infrared saunas heat the body directly without heating the air around the body, which is a very safe way to enjoy the benefits of healing warmth. Infrared light is the part of the sun’s full-spectrum of light that penetrates human tissue and causes warmth. An Infrared Sauna uses that light signature to heat the core temperature of the body for a deep, detoxifying sweat from the cellular level of the skin where many toxins are held.

Conventional hot rock/steam heat saunas heat the air with steam, which can often be unbearably hot and will cause you to sweat only at the surface of the tissue. Steam also makes the air difficult to breath. An infrared sauna uses soothing dry infrared heat that is well ventilated and extremely comfortable and relaxing.

Exposure to infrared heat is safe for hours, and it will never cause your skin to burn. In fact, infrared heat is so safe it is used in hospitals to warm newborn infants.

HOW DOES IT HELP?

Heat therapy at this level:

  • Increases blood flow
  • Reduces muscle spasms
  • Removes toxins from the body
  • Reduces swelling and inflammation by improving lymph flow
  • Reduces soreness
  • Stimulates enzyme activity.
  • Promotes the adhesion and osmosis of water molecules across the cellular membrane.

Sessions last 30-45 minutes
